The tour
Understand the place, not just the dates
The cloister at Santo Domingo de Silos is a major work of Iberian Romanesque art. Its capitals, reliefs and architecture make more sense when related to the life of the monastic community.
The tour will be coordinated with monastery opening times and access conditions. Attendance at a liturgical office, if requested, remains separate from the tour and must respect the religious use of the site.
